Let’s cook a cute salad out of beetroot and feta cheese! It is a very pleasant mix of sweet beetroot, salty cheese and flavoring herbs! 

We need: 
Pickled feta cheese – 125 grams
1-2 table spoons of yogurt (not sweet)
dill
cilantro
mint
walnuts
You may add and use any kinds of your favourite herbs
 
How to cook:
Please wash thoroughly the beetroot and bake it in oven.

How to bake the beetroot:
Please put the beetroot to the sleeve and put out all the air out of it. Please put the sleeve with the beetroot to the tray and bake under 170-180 C degrees. It takes about 30-35 minutes to bake the beetroot. Please take the ready beetroot out of the oven, cool it down, clean it up and make out of it the salad and other meals.

How to cook feta cheese:
Feta cheese shall be mushed with a fork, mixed with a yogurt, greenery and nuts - cut into small pieces. The beetroot shall be cut into slices of 0.5sm, put in between the cheese to make the towers!
