I apologize for my sudden and quite a disappearance. I’ve got a new job - adaptation, crazy mode not only took the time from favorite blog, and even from sports. It was hard to find the time for gym on the weekends and in the less busy weekdays. However, these obstacles have allowed the gym and myself to check out our love to each other. I returned with a recipe of delicious chicken casserole, which is being prepared, as well as all meals promoted by me - very quickly and easily. Generally, all the most useful - is, as a rule, the simplest meals, with minimal processing and adequate number of ingredients.
Those who are involved in sports share with me the usual concern about the need for the use of lean chicken breast, which contains a lot of quality protein. I am constantly in search of recipes how to cook the breast tasty not becoming totally tired of it.

So, for this recipe (for three people) you will need:

  • Chicken breasts - half of the package (about 350 g)
  • Broccoli - half a small head of cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 100ml milk
  • 50 ml natural yoghurt
  • Dill
  • Grape seed oil for frying
  • Seasoning hops-suneli, black pepper

Recipe

  1. Cut chicken breast and zucchini into small cubes, broccoli into small florets share, onion should be cut into half rings.
  2. We spread in the pan breast, simmer for about five minutes until all the liquid will erode, then add the onions and broccoli. Simmer for about 10 minutes at the end add the zucchini and simmer for another five minutes. For frying use grape seed oil.
  3. Let’s prepare the mixture for pouring. Add into a bowl two eggs, milk and yogurt. Add a fine cheese grater. Add the finely chopped dill to. All should be mixed.
  4. Put the first layer into a baking dish - a mix of chicken and vegetables, pour a layer of egg-milk-cheese mixture. Then again please add a layer of chicken and a layer of egg-milk-cheese mixture.
  5. Put the meal inside of preheated oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, well, or until the golden brown cover.
  6. It turns out very tasty, the chicken from the baking becomes very soft. Recommended to everyone!:)

For those who watches the weight - it's not completely meatless meal, as it has a cheese and egg yolks (saturated fats). But as long as you do not eat this dish with carbohydrates (such as bread), or if it takes at least 2 hours until the next carbohydrate meal – you do not have anything to afraid of. Without the participation of carbohydrates, the fat themselves is not able to be deposited into fat :)
