Many people who see a combination of words "pasta" and "salmon" think that this dish cannot be called a diet one. Salmon – is very oily fish, while pasta has a huge amount of carbohydrates. However, unsaturated fats that are contained in salmon help to lose weight and reduce cholesterol levels. I would like to suggest you to buy only wholegrain Italian brands of pasta, like Granoro or Barilla. On the packaging there must be written "Made in Italy," because according to the laws of Italy all pasta there is produced only from whole grains. Well, respectively you should cook pasta al dente only, which means no more than 9 minutes.
 
So, for two portions we will need:
  • 80 grams of pasta             
  • One medium salmon steak
  • 3-4 tablespoons of natural yogurt (thanks God, it is being sold in all major supermarkets)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Black, red pepper to taste
  • Flavoring khmeli-suneli
  • Grape seed oil for frying
Preparation:
  1. Cut the salmon into cubes, put the stew on a very low heat
  2. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water for 9 minutes
  3. When the salmon is stewed, you can add fire to make it a little crispy
  4. Put yogurt in a bowl; add three cloves of grated garlic, black, red pepper and khmeli-suneli
  5. Pour and mix the yoghurt mixture with salmon for three minutes only, so the yogurt will not go sour
  6. Mix spaghetti with salmon sauce
