At least during the last 10 years I weighed more than usual. Once I said to myself that I shall begin to lose weight, and started to be on strange diets, drank and ate 2-3 times a day, sometimes starved at all, but unsuccessfully, but I wasn’t much disappointed about it. After all there were always excuses – "It is difficult for me!", "How?", "I am a son of the Kazakh people who always has meat and dough on the table, and not to eat…? No, excuse me, it not about me", and I liked to eat any food at any time.



While doing the work (in the field of entertainment and services), I often  meet many people and in different places. Sometimes because of my weight I wasn't given my own age. People used to say: "You are young and with a paunch, you look as a middle aged man", on what my answer was simple: "My stomach is my authority". 



On the one hand, at that time it was nice to hear that I look respectable, but on the other hand, I'm young and need to be full of energy, and then because of with weight problems have begun and health.
To look good and feel good - it was the greatest motivation and, above all, I needed to challenge myself.
There comes another new year, and as always, I set myself the goal for the coming year, one of which was "to reduce the weight till 75 kg." The question is how? - There were a few strategies.
I hesitated to start during couple of months, until I really understood that spring and then summer are coming so I need to act.
The first phase, where I started, was prevention and cleansing of the body by the method of traditional medicine.
The second stage was a small diet after cleansing and examination of information of what is proper nutrition and fitness.
The third stage - a meeting with fitness trainer and friend in one person. We have agreed that he can individually train me, and at the same time decided to make small experiment on weight reduction in short terms, without any chemistry (except for sports food). I clearly began to realize that the best and fastest result is possible, subject to the regime of proper nutrition. I clearly began to understand that the best and fastest result is possible when you comply to regime of proper nutrition. The success for 80% depends on food and 20% of physical activity.



I quickly put myself in a rigid frame on food.  The diet - protein food, mainly of animal origin: meat, chicken, fish, dairy products. From grain I ate only buckwheat, sometimes I ate in the mornings porridge (but not especially I loved it since the childhood), I excluded a maximum of the products not useful for the body, for example, flour products, starched vegetables, carbohydrate and fatty grains.
Many are mistaken that in the mornings it is useful to eat long-lasting carbohydrates, but I consider that everything is individual, and each organism will react in own way for changes of a habitual state. Because of my lack of love for porridge, I excluded porridge from the diet and replaced it with black coffee. My diet was simple: meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, dried fruits, a few correct fats in the form of nuts, green tea and a lot of water of 2,5-3,5 liters a day. In addition I entered sports food into my diet.
In a gym I've got to the rhythm quickly. The first two weeks I went to gym 3 times a week, after - I increased my visits twice, 3 times cardio and 3 times iron. The result didn't keep me waiting so long, and after a month I threw the first 10 kg, my family and friends started noticing changes. I sincerely was in euphoria from sport, a lot of people could not recognize me.



On the 2nd month I increased cardio since I started preparing on the first marathon in my life. In 3rd month I started to visit gym twice a day because I was recommended for a photoshoot in a magazine.
As a result to my pride and everyone's surprise in 3 months I lost the weight from 95 kg to 75kg, and clothing sizes from XXL to M. Delights of my family and friends, feeling great, full of energy. I realized that while running I think well, and many useful thoughts come. I opened myself the young, but very popular sport like thriathlon. At the moment I am already getting prepared for my first thriathlon.



Now it`s not so difficult to keep my weight: you shall have habit to eat a little and  drink a lot of water.
Do you want to be slim and athletic, healthy and beautiful? Here are some rules:
1) create yourself the purpose and motivation.
2) discipline: 21 days of continuous work makes a habit.
3) Find a mentor or companion.

Love sport, do sport, and above all eat healthy!
