On October 22, 2015 DiningSmart with the support of Kazakh Nutrition Academy and Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D.Asfendiyarov organized the Second Dialogue Forum “Health and Nutrition”.
On October 22, with the support of the Kazakh Academy of Nutrition and Kazakh National Medical University of S.D. Asfendiyarov at the Theater Concordia in Almaty DiningSmart conducts second dialogue forum "Food and Health".
The first Dialogue Forum “FOOD AND HEALTH” was organized in Kazakhstan
During the Forum there has been discussed such issues as the role of food in treatment of diseases, preparation of professional specialists in field of nutrition, production of nutritious products, overweight and obesity, food dependency and unhealthy habits, modern technologies of producing the healthy food, availability of healthy food at stores and markets, main issues during production and sale of natural, organiс products, issues of raw food, vegetarian food, social responsibility of the café and restaurants, farm businesses, supermarkets and other.
We are proud that our invitation to speak at Forum has been accepted by such outstanding scientists as Vitavskaya Anastasiya Vasilyevna, PhD of technological sciences, professor, head of problematic scientific-research laboratory on creation of products of new generation, author of unique bread technologies, and Rudik Gaikovich Mnatsakanyan, the oldest wine expert, and also General Director of Wine Plant Kargalinski, Academician of Academy of medical and technical sciences of Russian Federation, professor of Almaty Technological University.
While drafting the programme, DiningSmart tried to highlight the most important issues which are subject of interest for a common consumer. For example, Forum participants found out about the good of horse milk, quail eggs, the innovation of specific drinks and milk products, usage of raw food, and what “Bio” means on the packaging of some products.
Forum participants took an active part in the event, asked questions, and got acquainted with specialists, scientists, producers, distributors who could present their products to the potential clients.
We would like to also thank Alexander Li, the founder of TeamDream for organization of an exciting flashmob.
In the end of the Forum DiningSmart announced the winners of National Video Competition dedicated to topic of healthy food. First place was taken by Alan Amirkulov, KIMEP student, second place – Zhanabayev brothers, students of KazEU, third place – Ainur Kenzhibekova, student of ATU. Diploma for People’s choice was given to Evgerniya Sizova, ATU student. All winners received valuable prizes, and participants – certificates of participation.
