DS CLUB: Sport & Nutrition
Please welcome Akbar Zharmaganbetov: Fitness trainer of TV celebrities, movie actor and television presenter. Two-time champion of Kazakhstan and Central Asia bodybuilding. Candidate master of sports of power lifting. Champion of Kazakhstani Cup on bench press. Thus Akbar became tge guest at our DS Club meeting, which took place January 30th.
Meeting passed inside of VitAlem resource center, what DiningSmart expresses its special thanks for their help in organization of the seminar.
During the meeting Akbar told us about the specifics of certain physical activities and nutrition during exercise, of body types that, as it turned, really affect the speed of weight loss, and also Akbar told a little about what is sport nutrition, how and what should people eat if they are in professional sports.

The meeting gathered DiningSmart guests of all ages and interests, but they share еру one thing – a thirst to learn something new about how to make themselves better, and how to become more attractive and healthy.
As usual our meeting was very informative and fun, and, of course, the atmosphere created our dear guests, who during a break could get to know each other, joke, comment and participate in the discussions.
