Healthy breakfast: What should be in there?

I follow these rules and they helped me to find my ideal and healthy version of breakfast meal, which I would happily share you, guys…but first, tell me how YOUR breakfast looks like! ^^

In my very fist post CLEAN SKIN OR MY WAY TO #HEALTHYEATING I've written that I never liked having a breakfast and, therefore, always skipped this part of my diet. I couldn't imagine how can I eat anything while still being sleepy. The only thing which I was looking for is a good strong coffee. During almost 2months I was looking for an inner motivation to foce myself to eat in the mornings and then I started looking for what should be in my breakfast. So here's what I came to… 
 
My dermatologist told that I have to have breakfast if I want to forget about my skin problems. Morning, she said, is the most important part of the day for our bodies. If our body doesn't get a right amount of nutrients and calories in the morning then it won't have enough of strength to resist stress and  won't be ready for the daily speedy rhythms. And the headache which goes on top of that would unlikely be able to help to concentrate on a daily routine. Liver, when it doesn't get its breakfast, starts working in an emergency mode when sugar level jumps rapidly аnd insulin increases…those are all not for the good. Since I really wanted to get a beautiful skin and healthy liver had always been a subject of my pride I decided that those arguments are fair enough for me to start my transformation.
 
So, I decided that then I can make coffee with sugar and cream instead of my breakfast meal since I have a wonderful geyser coffeemaker and «caffeine, glucose and calcium are good for the day start up, aren't they?». I thought so until I'd got terrible spasms and stomach aches after trying this «breakfast» for couple of times. Sweet coffee on an empty stomach turned out to be harmful not only for the skin but also the stomach – it's an easy way to earn gastritis. From night to morning our body starves for about 12-15 hours and imagine, if the fisrt thing it gets would be coffee?! It's better to drink a glass of water with lemon instead, since this drink would help your body to wake up and start the digestion without adding a pain like coffee does (you can read a bit more on that here).
 
Well, what should be in my right breakfast then?
First of all, it has to be healthy and  then, you probably wanna know 2 main rules: it has to be light and nutritious at the same time. In the morning your body is just waking up, therefore, breakfast shouldn't contain heavy meal but it should be nutritious enough to boost up the energy and give a right mood for the entire day. The right balance of proteins and carbohydrates is the main key.
 
Proteins
 

 

Fill your breakfast with proteins (animal or veggie types): cottage cheese, natural yougurt, eggs, nuts, spinach. Adding proteins to your breakfast will keep your appetite right and will reduce an amount of hormonoes which stimulate hunger.  But be aware that sausages do not qualify for that)).

 
Carbohydrates
 

Food which contains carbohydrates and fibers will improve your digestion and stimulate metabolism. Carbohydrates supply glucose to your musles and nerves, therefore. This is very important because lack of glucose  would lead you to breakdown and consentration loss.
Fibers help to detoxify your body. That's why, whole grain bread, oats, fresh juices, veggies and herbs are just what you need to stay up.
