It's no secret that our health and beauty are largely dependent on food. That is why a question arises: What kind of products should be consumed to stay healthy and beautiful?

Here are a few rules for alignment of the complexion and improvement of appearance:

  • drink more not less than 1.5 liters of clean water per day, namely spring, melt or filtered with a good filter;
  • eat fish and lean boiled meat, chicken, eggs, seafood, curd and cheese, soy protein;
  • eat as many foods containing vitamins A and E (for example, liver, carrots, tomatoes, pumpkin, cabbage, salad, melon, rye, barley, oats, nuts, etc. As well as yellow fruits and apricots, plums, papaya;
  • eat watermelon;
  • drink citrus, carrot and beet juices

 

Vitamin A:

beef liver, eggs, cottage cheese, fish, milk, spinach, carrot, parsley

 

Vitamin B1:

eggs, milk, beef liver, peas, beans, yeast, wheat germ

 

Vitamin B2:

cottage cheese, eggs, oat flakes, pork, fish, milk, soybean oil

 

Vitamin C:

citrus, red fruits, cauliflower, green pea, bean, radish

 

Vitamin D:

vegetable oil, beef liver, fish, egg yolk, beef

 

Vitamin E:

milk, salad, wheat germ, vegetable oil 

 

Vitamin F:

fish fat, olive oil, dried fruits

 

Vitamin H:

beef liver, mushrooms, oat flakes, chocolate, egg yolk, nuts, milk

 

Vitamin K:

sea cabbage, green tea, spinach, onion, lentil

Products which you shouldn’t get involved: various canned food, sausages, margarine, mayonnaise, hot spices, sodas, chips, and all fried. Also it is necessary to limit the intake of sugar and salt, and, of course, alcohol, coffee and cigarettes (even being close to people who are smoking).
