Petit coffee-house Crème Fouettee – is a part of our soul. We are freshmen in business: we study, get wise; listen to our clients, correct mistakes.
 
We try to be interesting, memorable and original. Many recipes of deserts are brought from Europe. It gets always delicious! Plus wonderful coffee aroma, which can be drunk in a comfortable atmosphere of domesticity or taken away with yourself, if you are in a hurry.        
 
Nowadays people are very worried about the food and control what they eat. Culture of healthy dining in our country is growing very fast, but we really love those “harmful” deserts! How can we reject the temptation to taste tiramisu? Let’s just eat high quality products and dishes made with love!
 
Those dishes and desserts which are offered to our guests are being cooked from high quality products only. We do not have a single dish using the mayonnaise and margarine. Also in order to decrease the amount of fat in the final product, especially in our deserts, our pastry chefs experiment and try to replace some ingredients, where it is possible, without reducing the quality and worsening the taste, to same natural products, but with minimum amount of fat. For example, sandwich sauces are made on the basis of yogurt, and crème for deserts is being boiled under the specific recipe without addition the heavy butter or margarine. Our branded cakes are baked on the basis of unleavened dough, fillings are not subject of a preliminary frying, they might be boiled at least, but not fried. We try to serve healthy dishes!
 
We have a variety of full breakfasts, you shall definitely like our crème soups, wonderful sandwiches during the lunch and deserts. Our cakes became the most favourite ones for our clients.
 
We also can take orders and service small banquettes (up to 25 persons). Regardless it is a children holiday or Birthday of an adult – everyone is happy and full! Events menu is different from our everyday menu and shall be discussed for each event separately.
