Lemon Marinated Chicken

1/4 cup lemon juice

3/4 cup unsalted chicken broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon oregano leaves

1 bay leaf

1 pound boned and skinned chicken breast halves

Combine first 5 ingredients in a glass dish.
Add chicken breast and turn to coat with marinade.
Marinate 2 hours.
Broil or grill 4-5 inches from heat 5-6 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
Makes 4 servings.
