Kateys’ Casserole

1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves — cubed

1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice — uncooked

1 1/4 cups milk

10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained — OR

10 ounces fresh broccoli, chopped — lightly steamed

1 can cream of something soup

4 ounces fat free sour cream

1 package vegetable soup/dip seasoning mix

MIX all ingredients.
SPOON into 12×8-inch baking dish.
BAKE at 375F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
