Ground Beef-Green Beans One Dish Meal

1 Lb.
ground beef

1/2 C.
onion — chopped

1 C.
celery — chopped

1 C.
sliced mushrooms or water chestnuts

salt and pepper to taste 2 Cans green beans — (16 oz.) drained

2 Cans diluted cream of

mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cans water or milk 1 Bag frozen Tater Tots

Brown ground beef, onions, celery and mushrooms or water chestnuts.
Place half of meat mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch bake pan.
Add string beans.
Cover with remaining meat mix- ture.
Pour diluted mushroom soup over all.
Cover with Tater Tots and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and potatoes are crispy.
